Information we process

• Account identifiers, including your email address and Google authentication identifier when you sign in.
• Flower photographs, artwork, floral descriptions, preferences, generated concepts, archive items, recipes, notes, and other material you choose to submit or save.
• Limited technical and security information, such as request times, browser information, infrastructure logs, errors, and a pseudonymous visitor identifier used for product events.
• Messages and email addresses you send through support or newsletter forms.

How we use information

• Authenticate accounts and keep private archives associated with the correct account.
• Recognize flowers, create design directions, generate requested images or video, and provide recipes and making records.
• Save work you ask us to keep, apply usage limits, operate the service, prevent abuse, and diagnose failures.
• Respond to support, privacy, security, or legal requests.

Service providers

Stemmoire currently relies on Supabase for authentication, Vercel for hosting and file storage, Turso for application data, and OpenAI for AI-assisted recognition and generation. Text and images you submit may be processed by the providers needed to deliver the feature you request. We do not sell personal information.

Stripe processes payments and manages billing details. We share your account email and an account identifier with Stripe, and keep payment references, subscription records, and purchased allowances to provide your benefits and handle billing support. Card details are entered on Stripe’s hosted checkout; Stemmoire does not store full payment-card numbers.

Storage, retention & security

Saved archive material is generally kept until you delete it or request account-level deletion. Design settings may also remain temporarily in your browser so you can return to an unfinished design. We use encrypted transport, managed infrastructure, and account-level authorization controls, but no electronic service can promise absolute security.

Your choices & rights

You can delete individual archive items inside Stemmoire. Depending on where you live, you may also request access, correction, export, restriction, objection, or deletion of personal information. Please avoid including unnecessary personal or sensitive information in floral descriptions, photographs, artwork, or notes.

International processing & children

Our providers may process information in the United States and other jurisdictions. Stemmoire is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this policy as the product, providers, or law changes. The date shown on this page identifies the current version.
